Easter at Eastern Hills

April 5 – 9AM & 10:30AM

Easter at Eastern Hills is more than one Sunday. From Palm Sunday through Good Friday and Easter morning, we gather to remember, reflect, and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.

We’d love for you to join us as we walk through this week together.

Services & times

  • PALM SUNDAY WORSHIP NIGHT

    MARCH 29TH 6:00PM

Join us for a night of worship on Palm Sunday at 6PM. We will gather to reflect on the triumphant entry of Jesus. This will be a time of extended worship, reflective moments, and prayer. Kidcare will be provided for children through five years old.

  • MAUNDY THURSDAY

    APRIL 2ND 6:30PM

Maundy Thursday invites us into the final hours before the cross, where Jesus washed feet, shared a final meal, and gave a new commandment to love. This will be a unique service marked by a message, reflection, Scripture, and Communion rather than celebration. We’ll gather in a quieter space to remember the love that went low before it conquered death. Join us at 6:30pm. Kidcare will be provided for children through five years old.

  • GOOD FRIDAY

    APRIL 3RD ONLINE

This Good Friday, we’re creating a quiet, reverent Day of Remembrance designed to help you slow down and stay with Jesus throughout the day. Instead of a single gathering, short guided moments of Scripture, worship, reflection, and prayer will be released at 6:30AM, 9:00AM, 12:00PM, 3:00PM, and 7:00PM through social media, our website, and YouTube—inviting you to pause wherever you are. Each moment will center on the events of the cross—what happened, what it cost, and what it reveals about God—without rushing ahead to Easter hope. Our prayer is that this simple, pastoral rhythm creates space to sit with the weight of the cross and wait together in holy silence.

  • EASTER SUNDAY

    APRIL 5TH 9AM & 10:30AM

This Easter we’ll explore 1 Corinthians 15:20–28 and discover that the resurrection of Jesus is not just a promise for the future, but a victory that is already reshaping the present. Paul shows us that Christ has been raised, is reigning now, and is actively defeating death, which means Easter didn’t merely solve eternity; it changed reality today. Because Jesus reigns, we don’t live in panic or despair, but with courage, patience, and faithfulness, choosing to live now the way the world will one day be.
